Beginner's Qigong/ Tai Chi Chuan is a 6 week series that introduces the principles of posture, alignment, balance, deeper internal awareness and Qi (vital energy) cultivation.
Each week participants will learn a core movement of the Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form.
Participants will also learn foundational Qigong exercises Fa Song Gong (release & relax) and Chan Si Gong (silk reeling) to help open and relax the joints while simultaneously nourishing the vital qi and blood of the body.
With dedicated practice all participants will:
